Shipping

Local pick up is available from Kealba. Simply select this option at the checkout and the address will be supplied on confirmation of your order. 

Yes! International Shipping is available and can be calculated at checkout. International Shoppers, make sure you change the currency to your country so you can see the correct price. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise requested and pre-arranged by the customer.

I know it's a one woman show, but I will do everything to get your orders in the post ASAP. For In Stock items, you can expect SAME DAY (if ordered before 2pm) or NEXT DAY Shipping. For Lone Star Apparel items, as these are printed to order, please allow a turnaround time of 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. 

Standard Postage is $9.95 AUD on all domestic orders. This is a tracked parcel and can be followed using the tracking number sent you. 

Express Postage is $16.95 AUD and is available on domestic orders. 

Estimated Shipping Times can vary greatly depending on the service selected, the destination of the parcel and the season (eg, public holidays, Christmas etc), so please be mindful of that. If you would like to estimate the arrival of your package you can use the Australia Post estimated shipping times tool located here. 

Returns

Firstly, I'm devastated! Secondly, let's try and get you a replacement item ASAP. Please contact me straight away if your item is faulty or damaged. If I can't replace it, I will offer you a complete refund. Fingers crossed this isn't something you encounter.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in same condition as when purchased. Please choose with care as we don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. We can however exchange or give a gift cards once product is returned at buyers expense.

When returning an item for exchange please be sure to enclose a pre paid sachet so we can send you your new item or, if you live locally, arrange to return the item at our nominated pick up point. If the item is faulty, normal refund conditions apply.

All sale items are final - no exchange or refunds.

Easy peasy Cowgirl, there's a just few basic rules when it comes to washing your direct to garment print, to make sure it stays as pretty as you are!

Step 1. Turn the garment inside out

Step 2. Wash in Cold Water

Step 3. Use the Gentle Cycle on your washing machine

Step 4. Do NOT use Bleach

Step 5. Air Dry or use the LOW setting on your dryer
